While the corporate world is all cheer about women at work and women CEOs, the stark reality is this ­as things stand, women don’t stand a chance of equaling men when it comes to pay till 2168, i.e., 151 years from now. NEW DELHI: Indian employers are the fourth most optimistic globally about hiring plans for the next three months but opportunities for job seekers are likely to be fewer than last year, says a survey. 

According to Manpower Group Employment Outlook Survey released today by Manpower Group, the sample size of 4,389 employers across India noted that a net 18 per cent of employers are anticipating an actual rise in their staffing numbers.
