L’Oréal India’s Mohit James elevated to South Asia HRD

MUMBAI: After over 6 years as HR Director for L’Oréal India, Mohit James will move into a global role as South Asia HR Director for L’Oréal and APAC HRD for L’Oréal’s Professional Products & Active Cosmetics Divisions. Taking over from Mohit will be Roshni Wadhwa, previously HR Director for L’Oréal Singapore.

L’Oreal India has enhanced maternity leave to 26 weeks from 14 weeks earlier in an effort to retain high-potential employees.
