Ø Minimum 2 to 7 years of proven Bench Marketing.
Ø Must be proficient in usage of vendors list, Linkedin and other job portals for marketing Hotlist of candidates.
Ø Must have good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099
Ø Must have good understanding of the IT Technologies.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Coordinate with candidates for phone interviews
Ø Must be good in rate negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ø Achieve monthly recruiting targets set by the company.
Ø clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
Ø Bench Recruiting H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1
