Job Description

Our client is a Call Center that specializes in the management of strategic activities related to sales and customer relations for e-trading of financial products.In this role as a Sales Agent, you are expected to manage a portfolio of clients. No cold calling!

 

Responsibilities:

  • - Develop plans and strategies for your portfolio of clients along with your colleagues.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships and credibility with your customers.
  • - Exceed customer expectations in terms of response time, problem solving, market expertise and efficiency.
  • - Achieve the daily sales targets.
  • - Contact and reactivate former or inactive customers.

 

Requirements:

  • - Italian mother tongue.
  • - Experience in Sales or Account Management is a must.
  • - Ability to focus and be successful in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • - Good presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • - Team player and comfortable in a group of ambitious sellers.
  • - Result oriented and a “can-do” attitude.
